上野桜木にできました、アンクリュ・ワイン・アンド・ブルーイング (ワインショップとノンアルコール・ビールブルアリー)です。
We are inclus wine & brewing, a natural wine shop and a non-alcoholic beer brewery in Ueno-Sakuragi, Taito-ku.

2022年12月より少しずつオープンすることができました。
ヴァン・ナチュール（自然派ワイン）を身近に感じて頂くための場所にしたいと考えています。
試飲（有料）できるものをいくつかご準備してお待ちしています。
We opened the wineshop very slowly from December 2022.
We are here for you to discover natural wines. We usually have a few bottles open for samples (pay per glass).

残念ながらまだオープンできていません。現在、必要設備（タンク、冷却機、充填機等）の手配中です。来年初夏までには第一弾リリースを予定しています。それまでにも試飲会などを通じて皆さんのアイディアを得ながら準備していきたいと考えています。お楽しみに！
Unfortunately, we are not ready to brew NA beers yet. Still waiting for the equipments to arrive (tanks, chillers, canning machines, etc.). We are targeting early summer for the first release. Tough, we are very excited to hear your ideas and develop our first NA beer with you through tasting sessions, etc. Will let you know!
角打ちスペースについて
ショップ・ブルアリーの２階部分が角打ちスペース（フリースペース）になっています。ボトルでご購入頂き、ワインを楽しんで頂くスペースです。
- ワインオープナー（無料）、グラス（木村硝子店製 piccolo)の貸し出しをしております。（一脚：100円）
- おつまみ等、食品の持ち込みは自由です。（Uber Eatsもご自由ですが、近くには美味しいお店がたくさんあります！）お気に入りのおつまみでペアリングをお楽しみください。
- ギャラリー利用やプライベートパーティー等の貸切利用も可能です。お気軽にご相談ください。近隣のレストランからテイクアウトなどの手配も可能です。
私たちのストーリー / Our story …. vol.1
このニュースレターにご登録頂いたきっかけは、店の前をポスターをご覧になられたからでしょうか？今年の夏より店舗の工事が始まり、やっとオープンに辿りつくことができました。私たちのような小さな店の誕生の瞬間に立ち会って下さったことに感謝いたします。
ご登録頂いたということは、ヴァン・ナチュールもしくはノンアルコールブルアリー（その両方？？）にご興味を持たれたからだと思います。この二つの事業を（欲張りにも？）始める理由は、「全ての人が自分らしく生きる」社会を末端を担いたいと考えるからです。
- アルコールを飲む人、飲まない人、みなさんが楽しく過ごせることの一助になりたい。
- ヴァン・ナチュールという、とても「尖った」飲み物を作る個性溢れる生産者さんたちを紹介することで、日本では一般的に敷居の高い（ハイソな？）ワインとは、実はとても自由で楽しいお酒であることを知ってもらいたい。
- じゃあ、お酒を飲まない人はどうするのか。いつまでもソフトドリンク（ウーロン茶やオレンジジュース）しか選択肢の無い世の中でよいのか。
- ヴァン・ナチュールのように自由で個性的な飲み物を、ノンアルの選択肢に加えることで、飲まない人ももっと楽しめる世の中になるのでは。
こんな想いをぎゅっと、詰め込んだのが inclus wine & brewingです。
もうお気づきかもしれませんが、inclus（アンクリュ）という言葉はフランス語でinclusive（多様性）を意味します。
したがって、inclusな世の中、つまり「全ての人が自分らしく生きる」社会を作っていきたい。そんな想いから私たちの挑戦は始まりました。
なぜ、そんな考えに至ったのかについては、次のニュースレターでお話しさせてください。（お店にいらっしゃたらいつでも！）

Did you looked at the poster at the shop and signed up for the newsletter? We started to build the shop from the this summer and very happy to finally open the shop. Thank you very much for being part of the birth of such a small business.
The reason why you have signed up for the newsletter would be either you are interested in Natural wine or Non Alcoholic Beer (or Both?). The reason why we are starting these two ventures is simply; we want to be part of building a society where we can be ourselves and live like ourselves.
- We want to make sure everyone good time no matter you drink alcohol or not.
- We want everyone to know wine is in fact very librating and fun drink despite the snobby image of the drink in Japan by introducing those free-minded natural wine producers.
- We cannot stand the world where “soft drinks” such as tea and orange juice is only only choice for those who drink alcohol.
- We believe the world will be happier place if we have more options specially fun ones like natural wine for those who do not drink.
We take those ideas and made into “inclus wine & brewing”!
You might have realized it already but “inclus (ɛ̃kly)” means “inclusive” in French.
We want to help building inclusive world, our challenge begins from such idea.
But why we have such an idea? Will talk about it in the next news letter! (if you come by our shop, will talk about it anytime!)
